It sounds like a problem happened during download.

To get your web browser to download a fresh copy, you need to go into your web browser options and delete all temporary internet files.  After doing this, if you download Callburner again it should install fine.

If you are using Internet Explorer, follow the instructions here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/260897

If you are using a different web browser please let me know which one and I will send further instructions.
