CallBurner Prerequisites
The following software is required to be installed on your system in order for CallBurner to operate correctly:
- Skype versions 1.3 to 5.5.
- Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP or Windows 2000.
- (Note: for call recording on Windows 2000, Windows Media Player 9 or later is also required to be installed).
IMPORTANT: You must use a Windows account with Administrator access in order to install CallBurner

Am I right to think I can’t use Callburner from my iPad? Or iPhone?
I think you’ve made it clear that Callburner works from Windows only.

It sounds like a problem happened during download.
To get your web browser to download a fresh copy, you need to go into your web browser options and delete all temporary internet files. After doing this, if you download Callburner again it should install fine.

If you are using a different web browser please let me know which one and I will send further instructions.

Hello. I have tried to download callburner. I have Skype 5.3.something. Is that why it keeps saying the file has not been unpacked correctly? Do I downgrade to a previous version? If so, how?

I am inquiring if there are any plans to include MAC as a platform for Callburner in the near future? I noticed that there was a prior question regarding the same issue on October 15, 2007 by “Chris”. We would like to be able to use this application for customer service and training purposes for our firm.
