CallBurner Privacy Policy



CallBurner Prerequisites

The following software is required to be installed on your system in order for CallBurner to operate correctly:

  • Skype versions 1.3 to 4.1.
  • Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP or Windows 2000.
  • (Note: for call recording on Windows 2000, Windows Media Player 9 or later is also required to be installed).

IMPORTANT: You must use a Windows account with Administrator access in order to install CallBurner

I have a macbook that uses OSX (version 10.4.10). Is CallBurner compatible with Mac computers? Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi Chris,

No, CallBurner operates on Windows only.

I am inquiring if there are any plans to include MAC as a platform for Callburner in the near future? I noticed that there was a prior question regarding the same issue on October 15, 2007 by “Chris”. We would like to be able to use this application for customer service and training purposes for our firm.

No there are no plans for the near future. Have you tried eCamm’s Skype product for Mac?
