Thanks for your enquiry. To email the recorded call to someone, simply attach the MP3 file of the recording (located in My Documents / CallBurner / Conversations to an email and send.

Hi Tim,

No problem. I have reset your license key so that you can move the license from your old fried computer to your new computer. Simply enter in your serial number on the new computer and it should activate for you.

If you want to run CallBurner on 2 computers at the same time, you need a second license.

Thanks for your enquiry. Is Skype listed in your Add / Remove programs applet in the Control Panel? If not, then you don’t have Skype installed. I would recommend downloading and installing Skype from http://www.skype.com.
