When you purchase CallBurner, you get the CallBurner license forever. You also receive:

12 months of Technical Support Cover (from date of purchase)

For example: if you purchased CallBurner on 1 July 2009, you receive 12 months of Technical Support & Software Updates for 12 months until 1 July 2010.
After you’ve had your CallBurner license for 12 months, you have the option to renew your Technical Support Cover & Future Support Updates Protection.
