Paul, thank you and the Team for your fine product.
Upon posting the previous comment, I discovered your associate, Jimmy Hague, had just answered the question for another user, and I will study his answer to see if it works for me. My request was for the recording to be stored in the right and left tracks of a stereo file, and the solution provided appears to be to record each participant in a conversation in a separate file. If so, with all 10 people in a Multiple present, it sounds to me as though I would have to then merge all ten tracks into a single output track. This would actually work nicely to pull up individuals who have low volume, while reducing volume for others.

Paul, thank you and the Team for your fine product. You are aware that Living Universe Foundation is an All Internet company, and we are using your Callburner product in conjunction with YouTube to place our board meetings and weekly Internet Radio broadcast on the Internet. You have been generous with your time, and I certainly want to avoid asking for more than my fair share considering your global customer base. Hopefully this inquiry will be easy to answer:
Does Callburner provide an option to record Local and Remote in the two tracks of a stereo recording? If so, I have missed it.
The question arises because I upgraded my headset, and the new headset overpowers the Remote side of the Multiple Skypes we are recording. The real time moving volume bar display Callburner provides is apparently not able to help me to know I am overwhelming the Remote side. My audio processing tools can deal with the disparity in volume, but doing the required steps results in loss of signal quality. If the Local and Remote recordings were separated, then I could easily match the two so they volume levels are close, and listeners will not be subject to having to adjust their volume controls.
Thanks again for your support of our venture.

How do I record direct to wave? Also, can I record two separate tracks?
Thanks.

Please see http://www.callburner.com/how-to-record-each-party-on-a-skype-call-to-a-separate-file as this article should answer both your questions.
Thanks James.
